Challenge
D-Kadi Events already ran guest and invite workflows on d-kadi, but the experience lagged behind modern standards: bulk WhatsApp sends blocked requests and timed out on cold card renders, the admin UI was hard to navigate at scale, there was no live feedback when guests RSVP'd, reporting meant manual exports, and bilingual support was inconsistent across the desk and public site.
Solution
ByteNuru focused on optimization and enhancement across the existing stack. We introduced a grouped admin navigation model, design tokens, and a command palette; moved notification dispatch onto queued jobs with card disk caching and global rate limiting; wired Laravel Reverb for live dispatch and RSVP updates; redesigned the landing site and RSVP flows; added English/Kiswahili coverage end-to-end; built Excel/PDF export infrastructure; implemented granular permissions; and hardened production with indexed queries, systemd workers, and a repeatable deploy pipeline.
